Itinerary
Upon arrival, you will be met timeously at Kilimanjaro Airport by our transfer specialist who will welcome you and then transfer you to your arranged hotel in Arusha. That evening, you will meet your safari guide who will brief you on your upcoming safari. Overnight stay at Arusha Palace hotel -Bed Breakfast
After an early breakfast, you will meet timeously by your expert safari guide at your hotel. Thereafter you will start your journey to Tarangire National Park for a full day of game viewing. The Park is rich with ancient giant baobab trees, also known as the ‘’Tree of life’’, which covers most of the landscape of the park, The Tarangire National Park has the largest concentration of elephant which you can see bathing in the Tarangire river, as well as giraffes, monkey, impala, and many birds. It is also one of the most beautiful places to see lion & leopard. In the late afternoon, you will be driven to your Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay. After breakfast you start to depart from Karatu to Lake Natron. Wild and remote, it is situated at the base of Africa’s only active volcano, Oldoinyo Lengai, known as the “Mountain of God” to the local Maasai people. The area surrounding Lake Natron contains some of the most harsh and amazing scenery in Africa and is utterly breathtaking. Together with your guide, you will be accompanied by a local Maasai guide walk in Masai village and you learn about traditional customs, daily life, and cultural practices before heading to the Engero Sero Waterfalls. Winding up through the shady gorge you will reach a beautiful natural swimming pool surrounded by steep rock walls showered by cascading spring water where you will have the opportunity to swim. After breakfast you will walk out across the dried mud to the shores of the great Soda Lake. From here, you can look back at the astonishing view of Oldoinyo Lengai standing tall amongst the rolling hills and flat plains. Its ash-grey color will remind you that this is still an active volcano. You will return to lodge for lunch and a leisurely afternoon before enjoying an early dinner and before depart at Midnight, after a refreshing tea with cookies, our driver will drive you to the mountain’s base. This is where your climbing adventure starts. This mountain has an elevation of 2,962 meters and is situated south of Lake Natron and the East side of Ngorongoro crater. The journey begins with climbing. You will amble with your guide slowly; the climb is challenging to the Summit. Oldoinyo lengai is a Masai word that means mountain of God. It is a volcanic mountain and produces nitro-carbonatite lava. The climb takes about 6-7 hours. you’ll reach the summit just in time for sunrise, where sweeping views unfold across the Great Rift Valley, Lake Natron, Mount Kilimanjaro, and the Ngorongoro Highlands and after getting memorable experience you start to descent down to the mountain base then you will meet with our drive guide pick you to you lodge for your relaxation before start walking tour around the village. After an early breakfast, depart from Lake Natron and journey toward the Central Serengeti national park via the scenic Kleins Gate route. Enjoy a game drive en route as you enter the endless plains of the Serengeti, upon arrival Serengeti national park you start the afternoon game drive to spotting wildlife before arriving at your camp for dinner and relaxation. After breakfast you start game drive in central Serengeti national park the home of abundant wildlife and today you Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti, home to the Great Migration and an incredible concentration of predators. Track lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and vast herds of grazing animals. Enjoy the Picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your wildlife exploration until sunset. You will start your morning with scrumptious breakfast and get ready for another day of the wilderness. Today you will be driven down into the Ngorongoro Crater for a magnificent game drive and wildlife watching. The Ngorongoro crater has a vast number of animals including lion, wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, Africa elephant, Giraffe, cheetah, and it is a good opportunity to see the rare Black Rhino. There is larger lake within the caldera which is also home to pink Flamingos. Ngorongoro Crater Conservation area is in northern Tanzania, and it is home to the large and sweeping, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater. It is also home to the “Big 5” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, Rhino). Huge herds of wildebeest and zebra traverse its plains during their annual migration. After enjoying a spectacular array of wildlife, you will stop for lunch at the Ngorongoro picnic site. Upon arrive in the vibrant village of Mto wa Mbu, located near Lake Manyara National Park and home to more than 120 ethnic groups, you will meet your local guide and begin your cultural journey through this lively Tanzania community, you enjoy a guided walk-through banana plantations, rice fields, and local neighborhoods and you learn about traditional farming methods, village life, and the rich cultural diversity that makes Mto wa Mbu unique, then you visit local artisans to see traditional wood carving, painting, and handicraft-making, you learn about traditional local music, dances, and customs from different tribes living harmoniously in the village. Enjoy a freshly prepared local lunch, featuring a variety of Tanzanian dishes and flavors, offering a true taste of village cuisine.
