Arrive at Julius Nyerere International Airport and meet your driver-guide for transfer to your hotel in Dar es Salaam. Spend the day relaxing after your flight.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Mikumi National Park.  Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy your first afternoon game drive with exploring the park open savannah, riverine areas, and spotting wildlife such as elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and buffalo.

Spend the day exploring Mikumi with morning and afternoon game drives. Take in the park’s scenic landscapes, enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, and watch for predators and herbivores in their natural habitat. The day provides excellent opportunities for wildlife photography and immersive safari experiences.

After breakfast you depart Mikumi national park to Ruaha National Park through scenic countryside, passing rural villages and open plains. Arrive at your lodge at Ruaha national park premium destination and remote wilderness area famous for its large elephant herds and abundant predators.

Enjoy a full day of safari in Ruaha with morning and afternoon game drives. The park is home to elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, buffalo, and over 500 species of birds. Take in the vast landscapes from baobab forests to open plains along the Great Ruaha River, with opportunities for photography, sundowners, and immersive wildlife experiences.

After breakfast, transfer to the Msembe airstrip for a domestic flight back to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival you connect with your international departure flight home from Julius Nyerere International Airport.
